For “Mixed 4x” teams (two males & two females per team). The event is a short course “round-robin” format with racing over 400 metres and:

Each team will race three times.
Team points awarded for 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd.
Points scored in each race totalled.
Prize monies go to the teams with three highest point tallies.
